The theoretical part consists of the material collected in Output 1 Background Reports and Repository. The practical part of the handbook contains The Best Practices from Output 4.
Fondazione Nazionale de Carlo Collodi was in charge of Output 3. We had a meeting about the Handbook in Crete in April 2017 and decided to use the template from ARTinED for the Handbook: Rev.1 Final e-ARTinED IO3 Action Plan.
